Returns and Refund Policy

If you would like to return any items, please contact us within 10 business days of receival of the order for instructions. We will issue you a Return Authorisation Number to use on your return.

In addition to your statutory rights we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days if you change your mind. Items must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Unfortunately, shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you do happen to receive a faulty or broken product (most unlikely) We will refund your total payment and the shipping cost for the return in the event of your choice to receive a refund. If you choose to have a replacement, we will refund you the return shipping charge with the replacement product.
