Once your order is placed, you can check order shipping info through your registered email.
In an event that the order includes an out of a stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item, choose an alternative item, or receive a refund of payment for the item.Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
If you would like to return any items, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of the order for instructions.
If you do happen to receive a faulty or broken product (most unlikely) We will refund your total payment and the shipping cost for the return in the event of your choice to receive a refund. If you choose to have a replacement, we will refund you the return shipping charge with the replacement product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
